This no nonsense wooden composter is extremely easy to assemble, requiring no drilling, hammering or digging. Simply set up the frame, and slot the 18mm wooden boards into place.
The boards can just as easily be removed too, which makes emptying this composter when full a breeze - simply remove the front-facing boards, and let your compost fall out.
The wood used in this composter has been sourced from a sustainable supply chain, and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, so rest assured your natural aesthetic does not come with a hefty price tag for the earth.
All components of the Wooden 480 Litre Modular Compost Bin have been dipped in a non-toxic wood protection which will not kill worms or bugs in the compost (they are not pressure treated/tanalised). It is recommended that you re-treat annually with a similar product or preservative when the wood is dry.
